Recruitment and Selection Strategies. Code of Remuneration. All Labour Legislations. Code of good conduct in the Public Service. Departmental Policies and Procedures. Batho Pele Principles. Human Resource Management Practices and Systems. Legislative requirements: Public Service Act. Public Service Regulations. Skills: Management. Interpersonal. Communication (Verbal and Written). Computer literacy. Negotiation. Presentation. Report writing. People Management. Problem solving. Decision making skills.
