City Of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality Leading Firefighter Qualifications:-
- Grade 12
- Basic Ambulance Course with Health Professions Council of South
- Africa registration Fire Fighter I
- Hazmat First Responder: Awareness Level Fire Fighter 2
- Hazmat First Responder: Operational Level
- A valid Code C driving licence (to be declared competent to drive or operate a Code C licence vehicle, competency to be confirmed annually)
- Three years’ applicable experience
- For appointment over the proficiency
- Physical fitness and health
- Must pass physical capability test
- Must pass medical evaluation
- Willingness to be assigned to any geographical fire station in Tshwane
- Willingness and ability to work shifts and overtime with little or no notice
