2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notice must include the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
We will review the counter-notification and may reinstate the material in accordance with the DMCA.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
